Auction Item Data Entry
A multiple donation (e.g. five $20 gift certificates from one donor) is entered only once; the database does the rest. Donors are selected from a drop-down menu; donor contact info appears at the bottom of the screen. The data entered is used for multiple reports and lists for tracking prior to the auction date, for bid sheets and an auction catalog, for post-auction reports, for merged thank-you letters, and more
