Your organization's logo (on database screens, forms, letters, reports
and catalog) can easily be incorporated into this ready-made Silent Auction
database. (The basic version shows your organization name on letters and
reports) You enter auction items, donors (businesses and/or individuals),
retail value, and optional raffle info. With that data, the database can
produce, at the click of a button or two, solicitation letters, items
lists (for printing or posting on the web), bid sheets, an auction program,
raffle tickets, and more. Post-Auction, you enter high bid amounts, and
other bidder data if desired, and the database can produce merged donor
thank yous and mailing labels, post-auction reports on funds raised, bidders,
and much more.
The database does it all. Print everything from within
the database. You own the database and all of the data. Historical data
is retained for reference or use during the next scheduled auction. The
database comes with a pdf instruction manual.
